Been meaning to write. As usually, I totally dig the website. You guys are very creative. You know, I like that sort of thing. You should be doing something with it. I know I hear you on the Chief thing. Thing about him is that he's just a dumb man, a simpleton without a lick of creativity. Funny thing about him is that he's the biggest fraud going in this city. He doesn't even know the game, other than maybe baseball. He spits back what people tell him. He couldn't have an opinion on his own.

I mean, seriously, how could people not see the poetry in what happened?(Bartman) Those who don't are blind, fools with no soul, no feeling, two-dimensional props, the mannequins among us. On his daily radio show he constantly says worse. His radio show is filled with hate against anyone who is not "on his side" Although I reread that last sentence and wanted to change the word hate, I can't! Like Rush, that is my opinion and I will stick by it! Isn't this the Rush who attacked a teenaged Hillary while she lived in the White House? The same Rush who trumpeted the death of Gerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead, as the death of another addict!

Rush is constantly "swinging his sword of righteousness" at ANYONE who is not a right wing conservative! Rush now has a bigger problem. I only hope for his sake, the people judging him are more compassionate!

ESPN hired a controversial person who was always on the edge with his comments. They got what they wanted. Besides, if you saw today's game, he was right! McNabb is overrated.

You have e-mailed before if I'm not mistaken, and you obviously have a hard on for the New York teams, and the belief that I am a total fan of New York sports, and I/we should be writing about them. Let me address your letter point by point. First off, I'm not a professional journalist, I am a fan, plain and simple. If I were getting paid for this you'd see more then my one article every couple of months. Having said that, what we write here is all based on opinion, and that was my opinion on the Phillies, and the closing of the Vet, you want journalism, fair and balanced go read Sports Illustrated. If you want New York sports info, go listen to the FAN, if you can bear to listen to it for more then a minute.

On your second point, I am a baseball fan, have been my whole life, so when I speak on baseball I feel pretty confidant in my opinions on the sport. My opinion on the Yankees, is who cares what they do, or how they get there, because every team in the league has the same opportunity to do the exact same thing. How do you think the Braves have won 12! 12! division titles in a row? You don't think 'ole honest Ted hasn't pulled off a couple of shaky deals here and there? The biggest one might be keeping his wife beating manager out of jail. How do you think the Marlins won a world series title so quick? The owner of Blockbuster bought in every free agent that was available that year, paid them a ton of money, and then let them all walk the following year, just so he could brag to the boys at the country club that he did it. So if you think the Yankees are the only ones doing the sport of baseball dirty, you are in the words of our hero Esk-hole, a dooooope.

Lastly, the J-E-T-S, JETS JETS JETS. You know what Jets stands for? Just End The Season...hahahaha. No seriously, tough luck with the whole Pennington thing. This year is a mulligan for them. I think they will bounce back strong next year. So there you have it, and like they say at Pats when you fuck up your order, "Hey thanks! Don't fucking come back". Peace!
